I made my own Ariel the little mermaid top for Halloween, following a YouTube tutorial. (Linked here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGpIekjf7WA&feature=player_detailpage) I used a clean white shirt that I bought in a thrift store, light and dark purple fabric paint and fabric paint brushes from Michael’s. Not counting the price of the brushes, the shirt cost $12 to make. Plus I only used a fraction of the fabric paint!
Buy a pair of green fish scale leggings and a red wig, then you’re set to be Ariel!
